Sourcing & Procurement
Do you only source furniture, or can you handle building materials too?
While our primary focus is on furniture, décor, and styling elements, our deep background in residential building means we can and often do source specific fixtures, lighting, and architectural elements for our clients’ projects.
Can I custom design my own furniture?
Absolutely. We work directly with skilled artisans and manufacturers in Indonesia who can bring custom designs to life. We manage the prototyping, material selection, and production oversight.
Do you work with trade clients like interior designers?
Yes, we frequently partner with interior designers, architects, and developers, acting as their reliable procurement and logistics arm on the ground in Indonesia.
Shipping & Logistics
How does shared shipping work?
If you don’t have enough volume to fill a whole container (FCL), we offer shared shipping (LCL). We consolidate your goods with other clients’ items in one container, significantly reducing your freight costs while still managing all the complex export/import documentation.
Do you handle customs and quarantine in Australia?
Yes. We manage all necessary documentation, including fumigation certificates required by Australian biosecurity, and handle the customs clearance process to ensure a smooth arrival.
How long does shipping take from Indonesia to Australia?
Typically, ocean freight takes 3-4 weeks from port to port. However, you should factor in additional time for consolidation, export processing, and local delivery. We provide detailed timelines during the proposal stage.
